OMFG!!!! I am so mad. Today is my 4th day of my diet. It was going well. Then all of a sudden I had the urge to eat everything. I know I will not last. Why is it always the 4th day!?!?! For the last 3 days I was eating really healthy. 1000 calories. I swear I am starting fresh tomorrow and show I can last for more than 5 days….10 days….even a month…even better yet years. YES!...
